JCP Consultancy has helped design and run a suitable programme for Transport for London (TfL) to assess behaviours while recruiting highways contractors.
The value of behavioural assessments to help bring deeper insights into the values and culture of potential supply partners has long been recognised, but this Major Projects Framework is the first time TfL has used them in the procurement process.
JCP supported TfL with both the design and implementation of the assessment, as well as the training of assessors and analysis of the results. JCP Associate Jerry Bailey said “we have a long and successful history of working with TfL and so we were able to submit a strong proposal that met all their needs but also anticipated and solved their potential fears. As a result, our work with TfL has delivered a sustainable and long-term improvement that will reap benefits for many years to come.”
TfL announced the successful bidders to the Major Projects Framework on 5th January 2016 .
