HM Treasury's UK infrastructure client working group has issued a guidance paper on the key elements of successful alliancing in delivery of infrastructure projects.
The latest Government report shows industry leaders how to improve infrastructure delivery through the establishment and development of collaboration in alliances.
JCP was invited to facilitate the steering group involved in delivering this guide. As collaborative working specialists, JCP was also a key contributor in outlining the best approach to achieving success through collaboration.
The report follows the HM Treasury's 'Infrastructure Cost Review' published in July 2014 which established their view that collaboration is the best way to deliver efficient and effective investment in infrastructure.

The working group members bought their experiences and best practice examples of collaboration and identified the key attributes to delivering large scale infrastructure projects. The steering group included industry leaders from Network Rail, Highways Agency, Environment Agency, National Grid, BP, TFL, Anglian Water, Thames Water, Crossrail and UK Power Networks.
