The Treasury Department’s third annual Infrastructure Cost Review is published today and illustrates how their cost saving has been achieved. The theme of collaborative working practices is woven through many of the findings and output. It also specifically highlights the need for behavioural change, collaboration and alliancing as key turners to not only stay on track with savings but also to ensuring a world class infrastructure.
